Night Account Supervisor- Janitorial Services

City Wide Facility Solutions is currently hiring for the position of Janitorial Night Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our independent contractors and providing them with the guidance and support they need to meet their contractual obligations by ensuring that our clients' facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet their high standards.

This is a night-time position, and the hours may vary depending on the needs of our clients. Flexibility is a must, as some shifts may start earlier or end later than others. You should also be comfortable working independently, as you will be the main point of contact for our team and the facilities we service at night.

Hours for this position: Monday-Friday, 4pm-1am, with some flexibility and occasional weekend hours/overtime.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES REGULAR TRAVEL TO AND THROUGHOUT KNOXVILLE AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES ON A NIGHTLY BASIS. *City Wide provided fuel card for work related travel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a janitorial or facilities management role
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Physical ability to perform required tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting and frequent walking
