Job Description
A a Product/Data Research Associate, you will work in the data management team to support various projects such as data ingestion and quality verification of clinical datasets, performing data analysis using data science tools & techniques, etc.
Qualified applicants must be detail-oriented, result-driven individuals who work well within team environments and have good interpersonal skills, as well as good client interaction skills.
Your impact:
- Assist researchers to integrate data files into a web based data management system
- Work closely with researchers to assist with data mapping and data submission; perform ad hoc data entry; and QA submitted datasets.
- Collaborate in development of new data collection forms
- Detect problems in data collection forms and data submissions
- Deliver helpdesk support, providing technical guidance to a wide end user audience;
- Provides training on use of the data management system (including updates and changes)
- Plans and directs computer-aided instructional sessions and workshops
- Update data management system documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team in testing and maintaining the data management system
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident
- Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferable in a related field: life sciences, health programs, clinical research, NIH, or other related government/health research programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excel, expertise preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
- Strong skills in organizing and tracking data and performing analyses
- Experience with providing analysis and support to science and technology programs
- Experience working with interpreted programming languages (Python, R, and/or Shell Scripting)
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and JIRA
- Familiarity with large language models
- Ability to adapt and flex in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: scientific discipline accompanied with basic understanding of the clinical development and data management processes)

Pay Range:
Annual Pay Range: 76,000 - 113,000 USD
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work.
