Clinic Overview:
Vista Physical Therapy is a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Plano, TX, focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Our Windcom Court clinic treats a diverse caseload, from athletes to post-op and general orthopedic patients, offering a supportive environment for both patients and clinicians to thrive.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Physical Therapist – Clinic Director to lead our Plano Windcom Court team. In this role, you’ll blend clinical expertise with leadership and operational management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and skilled in building a positive clinic culture that fosters clinical excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing and scheduling

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress

  • Mentor and support staff, including onboarding and continuous development

  • Collaborate with marketing and physician relations teams to grow clinic volume

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

  • Foster a patient-centered, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

  • 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Passionate about mentorship, growth, and delivering exceptional care
