Job Overview

We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills to help assist our patients get to the right departments for their appointments.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

• Stand and open the door and kindly greet all patients, visitors and/or guests at the main entrance.
• Have knowledge of where physicians are located throughout the building.
• Provide coverage for the lobby receptionist, as needed.
• Attend meetings and training in-services as scheduled and required.
• Promote teamwork and work effectively with others.
• Display a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion to patients, visitors and coworkers.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service and verbal communications skills
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods at a time
