About the role

Position Summary:

LinQuest is seeking a Sentinel Stakeholders Project Manager to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. An active Secret clearance is required.  This is an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's deployment of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, Sentinel. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide planning and execution support to meet customer requirements and senior leader intent, from logistics planning and execution, to briefing content development and action item follow-up.
  • Monitor progress and work across functions and organizations to meet Senior Program Manager and Executive Leadership Team intent.
  • Operate in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years relevant experience; 5+ years with a master's degree.
  • Strong organizational skills (understand project requirements, coordinate resources, and direct projects).
  • Proficiency to communicate effectively across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer relations and engagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or SharePoint skills.
  • Must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to manage change in a dynamic and evolving program environment, leverage best practices, and innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience supporting military or industry executive-level leaders (e.g. executive officer, CAG/DAG action officer).
  • Ability to support various process improvement and solution implementation projects.
  • Innovator with continuous improvement mindset.
  • ICBM experience a plus.

Compensation: Starting salary ranges from $91980 - $156330 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
