Job Summary

The Senior Organizational Development Specialist plays a key role in strengthening leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and culture across The US Oncology Network. As a senior member on the team, this role focuses on owning and delivering enterprise and practice-level leadership and organizational development solutions, including Leadership Academy and Executive Development programs. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate organizational needs into scalable, measurable development and effectiveness initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

- Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs, including executive-level offerings. 

- Lead practice-level organizational effectiveness engagements such as team effectiveness, role clarity, leadership effectiveness, and organizational diagnostics. 

- Partner with HR Business Partners, Network Operations, and practice leaders to assess needs, define outcomes, and co-create tailored organizational development solutions. 

- Design and facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and development interventions aligned with organizational leadership frameworks. 

- Apply responsible AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance leadership development design, organizational diagnostics, and program delivery--improving insight quality, efficiency, and scalability.

- Conduct organizational assessments and synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations. 

- Measure effectiveness of programs using defined metrics and incorporate data-driven improvements. 

- Coach leaders and teams on organizational and people-related challenges within defined program scope. 


Must Have Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 

- Minimum of 7 years of experience delivering organizational development or leadership development work in a complex organization. 

- Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership or team development programs. 

- Experience supporting organization or team assessments and translating findings into action. 

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deliverables. 

- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including development of executive-facing materials. 

Nice-to-Have Requirements

- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field. 

- Professional certification such as CPTD or APTD (Association of Talent Development), SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resource Management), PHR or SPHR (HR Certification Institute)

- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for learning design, organizational analysis, or workforce insights, in alignment with responsible AI standards.

- Experience in healthcare or decentralized operating environments.

- Exposure to change management approaches or certifications (e.g., Prosci).
