Business Operations Senior Manager

The Business Operations Senior Manager (Bus Ops Senior Manager) works collaboratively with the Global S&C Operations Director (Global Lead) to help drive priority strategic initiatives.

Strategic & Business Enablement: 

Assist the Global Lead to activate the S&C BusOps agenda – which might include rotational projects such as:

Help the Global Lead to craft and execute against the overall vision & strategy for specific S&C Enterprise Function, Industry Network or S&C Practices.

Leverage and make available all best in class solutions and credentials working with teams across S&C

Manage reports, analyze key trends, opportunities and challenges

Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support

Assist in the relationship management and teaming with key partners

Support & coordinate initiatives (e.g., business reviews, working team calls)

Collaborate with Marketing and Comms globally and in market to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal community activities and an overall communication strategy to create a strong Community of Practice site, Town Halls, practice newsletters, learning boards, etc.

Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders

Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects  

Proven team management skills and proactive mindset

Strong judgment, ability to prioritize, make decisions, and the ability to anticipate risks ahead of time

Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities

Education

Must have:

•Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)

•Project and organization management skills

•Strong communication skills

•Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives

Good to have:

•Strong Understanding of organization business processes and policies

•Advanced experience in change management, behavior change, sales processes, sales methodologies, sales improvement programs

•Ability to work in a highly collaborative, influence-based model

•Leadership and strategic thinking skills

•Demonstrated bias for action
