Job Description
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for our clients’ automated systems. You’ll be the guardian of our innovative technology, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep businesses running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Monitor client desktop states using proprietary tools to ensure optimal performance of automation software
- Remotely access client computers to swiftly resolve reported issues and maintain system stability
- Manage error messages, unnecessary windows, and system restarts to prevent disruptions to automated processes
- Oversee software updates and installations to keep client systems current and secure
- Respond promptly to alerts and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of system states and actions taken for quality assurance
- Collaborate with the team to improve monitoring processes and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of IT support experience preferably involving remote access tools.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and troubleshooting
- Strong ability to interpret and respond to on-screen prompts and error messages
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for technology and interest in automation and efficiency solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly
