Patient Recruitment, Project Coordinator - USA

Join Trialbee as a Project Coordinator – Support projects that help patients connect with clinical trials! 

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, great organization skills, and a passion for helping people? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Customer Delivery team and help deliver meaningful clinical trial recruitment projects across the globe.

This is a remote role based in the U.S. (East Coast)—a great opportunity to grow your career in project management while working at the forefront of digital health innovation.

What you will do: 

• Configure and manage projects in our proprietary Trialbee Honey platform
• Support project meetings with notes, coordination, and follow-up on actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Handle site engagement, user onboarding, and system maintenance
• Maintain project records, documentation, and tools for smooth delivery
• Work across teams, clients, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Help improve processes that make clinical trials more accessible

What we are looking for: 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear, confident communication (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy with a desire to learn new tools
• Fluent in English, comfortable in remote collaboration
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience with clinical trials, project coordination, or SaaS tools
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in healthtech or project coordination is a plus
