Job Description

The Position

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Health Care Provider (HCP) Marketing – US Dermatology. The position will be based in Plymouth Meeting, PA and will report to the Director, US Dermatology Brand Marketing Strategy.

The Associate Director, HCP Marketing will be responsible for leading key strategic and tactical initiatives across the U.S. Dermatology portfolio for both Atopic Dermatitis and Psoriasis indications. This individual will drive the evolution of our professional marketing strategy, with accountability for developing and executing integrated campaigns, messaging, segmentation, and omnichannel engagement strategies to reach healthcare professionals (HCPs) across dermatology and adjacent specialties.

This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and creative excellence. The ideal candidate will be a modern marketer—skilled at using insights, data, and innovation to shape HCP behavior and preference, and motivated to reimagine how we connect with prescribers in today’s dynamic healthcare landscape. In addition, this person is Sales and relationship-oriented, supporting the Field and serving as their go-to liaison.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the annual strategic and tactical marketing plan for U.S. Dermatology HCP audiences, including synthesis of insights and market data to inform innovative execution.

  • Drive message development and evolution across Atopic Dermatitis and Psoriasis, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation aligned to clinical data and brand positioning.

  • Oversee segmentation and targeting initiatives, translating insights into actionable strategies to deepen engagement across dermatology, primary care, and advanced practice providers.

  • Partner with Sales, Training, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment and pull-through of marketing strategies through field-facing tools, competitive response resources, and educational initiatives.

  • Lead development of HCP promotional tactics—including journal ads, digital campaigns, email, field materials, and conferences—ensuring content excellence and compliance.

  • Customer Interaction: live and virtual interactions with priority HCPs, building long-term professional relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Strategic Relations, Data & Analytics, HEOR, Access, and Operations) to deliver an integrated and customer-centric go-to-market approach.

  • Manage agency partnerships to drive creative development, omnichannel execution, and performance optimization.

  • Serve as a key liaison with Market Research and Insights to plan, execute, and apply learnings that strengthen HCP strategy.

  • Support business performance tracking, leadership reporting, and competitive preparedness in collaboration with the broader Dermatology team.

  • Ensure timely and compliant content review and approval through Veeva PromoMats and the MLR process.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • BA/BS

  • Minimum five years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in HCP or professional marketing roles, preferably within the Dermatology space.

  • Proven ability to translate insights into impactful strategies and deliver high-quality marketing execution.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across commercial, medical, and agency partners.

  • Demonstrated excellence in project management, communication, and attention to detail.

  • Experience navigating the MLR review process (Veeva PromoMats preferred).

  • Ability to analyze market data and apply learnings to drive brand performance.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%, including occasional weekends.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills

  • MBA or advanced business degree.

  • Experience in Dermatology or Immunology therapeutic areas strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in strategic and tactical planning for in-line or launch brands.
