THE JOB:
 

As a Cabana Host, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.00 hourly plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver a seamless and professional experience by assisting with cabana guest needs including food and beverage service, towels, etc.

• Assist with cabana check-in and wait lists, prepare and stock cabanas for guests

•  Assist with inventory for ordering of supplies and ensure cabanas are set up before opening each day

• Be prepared to knowledgeably answer any questions your cabana guests may ask about offerings at the pool and inside the hotel

• Work closely with VIP services and beverage team to ensure guests are receiving the highest level of service possible

• Achieve a positive and lasting impression by ensuring correct charges and credits are posted

• Answer incoming guest calls including radio communications

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Previous experience as a cabana host

• Strong customer service skills and ability to upsell

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
