<p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, OPS Control Manager</span><span> </span><span>to join First Line Control team. This role is located in Dublin. </span></p>
<p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</span><span> </span><span> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Working with senior stakeholders to identify key areas requiring risk and control focus and support. </span></li>
<li><span>Establishing a plan of work that targets identified high risk areas and managing testing of key controls to confirm the appropriate design and execution of controls</span><span> </span><span> </span></li>
<li><span>Control and risk education</span><span> </span><span> </span></li>
<li><span>Providing guidance and thought leadership with regards to the use of the risk and control framework. </span></li>
<li><span>Flexible leadership and support to engage in ad-hoc projects as required. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</span><span> </span><span> </span></p>
<ol>
<li><span>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred </span></li>
<li><span>10+ years of total work experience preferred; experience in the financial services industry, ideally fund accounting or big 4 audit experience is preferred. </span></li>
<li><span>Excellent communication skills. </span></li>
<li><span>Proven track record in driving team improvements </span></li>
