You Are:
The Big Data Engineer Senior Manager will manage a team of direct reports in Data Engineering or Big Data, or Data Transformation environments.
The Work:

Work with the full software development lifecycle, utilizing emerging technologies and big data design principles in developing data pipelines, interfaces, and architecture to support big data and analytics initiatives
Here Is What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 7 years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience with data engineering and/or big data technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience Open-source technologies such as: Spark, Kafka, Presto, Hive, Cassandra, Hadoop
- Experience with architecting and/or building scalable data platforms
Bonus Points If:
- Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases to organize the collection, processing, and storing of data from different sources

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $141,800 - $269,100
Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600
New York: $131,300 269,100
Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
