This is a highly collaborative role that touches many parts of the organization, from managing office logistics to supporting our social media presence.

What You'll Do
- Help with scheduling team-wide meetings, coordinating travel, and managing internal documentation
- Support ad hoc tasks for different departments to help keep things moving
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Liaise with building management or vendors for any maintenance issues
- Help coordinate company events, team gatherings, and visitor logistics
- Assist with creating or coordinating light social media content
- Help brainstorm ideas for fun, engaging internal and external content
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A flexible, “no task too small” attitude
- Great written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with social media platforms
