Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Facilities team in New York City! In this role, you will support the director with facilities related projects, refreshes, space planning updates, and communications to NBCU divisions. Additionally, you will assist on projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Facilities teams to provide the highest level of service to the NBCUniversal clients based at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and other NYC/NJ sites.
- Assist with communication between facilities project leadership and business units on construction projects and scheduled maintenance.
- Maintain an accurate Fire Warden Team for all floors.
- Work closely with NBCU Front Desk and Facilities trades to complete daily tasks.
- Partner with clients to accommodate move requests, coordinating these activities with the appropriate management and staff functions at our various locations.
- Ensure upkeep of accurate floor plans, making sure workstations and offices of departed employees are prepared for new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships across the company.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction, or related field.
- 1+ year of facility management experience.
- 1+ year of project management experience.
- Demonstrated analytical background.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ideas to clients.
- Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
- Must be willing to work in New York, New York.

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
