Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Scribe to support in our Cataract & Refractive Surgery clinic. In this vital role, you’ll assist with documenting patient care and streamlining administrative tasks to help ensure efficient, high-quality service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Document patient history, physical exam findings, progress notes, and procedure notes under physician direction
• Record diagnostic and laboratory results, consultations, and follow-up care plans
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of physician medical record documentation (electronic or paper)
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the medical team to support patient care
• Assist with written and verbal patient education or resources
• Provide general administrative or clerical support

Salary Range: $24.86 Hourly

This is a part-time per diem position. May convert to Career. 
Assigned working hours will be between the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, schedule may vary.
