Operate and maintain vehicles, equipment, hand tools, and power tools used for bridge construction, repair, and maintenance. 
Follow all safety rules, policies, guidelines, and procedures associated with the work. 
Prepare and maintains basic records on the work performed, and equipment and materials used.
