What You’ll Do:
• Owns resource/capacity plans covering short & long-term forecasting to drive adequate requirements, lower expenses, and improved business decisioning and processes.
• Manages and delivers capacity analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve planning process and influence partners on achievement of budget.
• Creates, maintains, and adjusts forecast plans to ensure optimal resource requirements and allocations via “what if” scenarios and collaborates with partners on multiple scenario observations and results.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement of resource utilization and provides input on performance.
• Provides solution-based strategic thinking to enable the GBS businesses to operate as lean as possible without sacrificing quality, risking poor results, or negatively disrupting employee morale/retention.
• Works w/WFM Optimization, Ops Leaders, Service Insights, BI Analyst, Training, IT, HR, Finance, CI, and others to align on plans, changes, provide updates and observations, leverage needs, and report out on trends, productivity/performance enhancements, and continually improve accuracy of forecasts and models.
• Works with Finance and business partners to align on changes, obtain drivers of workload, and inputs.
• Conducts schedule optimization in accordance with established guidelines, working with the WFM Optimization team and personnel to drive staffing efficiencies.
• Participates, facilitates, and contributes to regularly scheduled meetings, builds rapport and relationships with peers, partners, and various levels of the business.
• Helps train leaders on core processes of job (i.e., forecasting, Strategic Planning, analytics, etc.).
• Coordinates with IT and WFM Administrators on system configurations, rules, allotments, goals, and business assumptions.
• Contributes to technological advancements, testing, and implementations, as necessary.
• Builds, manages, and delivers reporting and insights on intraday up to two-year basis to partners as required to provide visibility into drivers of workloads, hiring needs, etc.
• Conducts regular analysis trending via Excel, Verint, Tableau, BI, Sage, & other applications.
• Ad hoc duties, projects, and initiatives, as necessary.
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of high proficiency in MS Excel or Financial modeling.
• 5-10 years working in a claim or back-office environment conducting resource planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Experience with Verint Strategic Planner and Verint WFO, DPA, Speech, and Performance Management a plus.
• Initiative-taker and strategic, creative thinker with the ability to solve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills; able to talk to all levels of the business to obtain information critical to building accurate workload projections, building rapport, and influencing change.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to provide insights and tell the story of data, drivers, variances to plans, and trends.
• Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency in an ever-changing environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary range: $59,400-$80,000
