Position Overview:
This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager and supports the needs of Omnipod Specialist team and other key stakeholders to effectively onboard new customers to Omnipod.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative, communication, coordination, planning and logistical skills, as well as an ability to contribute creative yet practical solutions to problems. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively and independently in a key cross-functional role within Insulet Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Support of the lead management and intake process
- Performing customer outreach as required
- Liaising with clinic and field sales partners to obtain necessary documentation, managing and triaging incoming information
- Developing and maintaining necessary reporting for the Omnipod Specialist team and cross-functional partners
- Ensure the timely entry and maintenance of accurate data in the system
- Ability to be flexible handling priority activities to support the Commercial Team.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (French language an asset).

- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Very strong computer skills to include, but not limited to: Salesforce, SAP, Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel.
Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Three years’ experience in field/office management role
Additional Information:
- The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at our Oakville, Ontario offices. The preferred location is near Toronto.
- Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business need.
