Here's the pay: Our starting pay is $18.00 an hour.

A Draft Specialist plays a vital role in the consumer buying experience by preserving the quality and fresh taste of draft beer through timely draft equipment installation, line cleaning service and prompt response to service calls.  This role is part of the On Premise Sales team.

Here's more of what you will do...

Draft Specialist can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job:

• Installs new and or replacement draft equipment in all assigned accounts ensuring retailer satisfaction and product quality.
• Troubleshoots and repairs/replaces draft equipment to include faucets, tap handles, tavern heads, and beer lines adhering to company safety policy and procedures and reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains draft room and parts inventory ensuring the retail account is clean and organized.

This list is not all inclusive of other tasks and subtasks that may be necessary in performing this role, but rather an overview of the role’s primary work tasks.

This is what you must have to be considered for this role...

• High School Degree or Equivalent Certificate
• Previous Line Cleaning and Maintenance Experience
• Strong Relationship Building and Communication Skills
• Prior Beer/Beverage Industry Experience

This is what we hope you will have...

• Previous Sales Experience
• Level 1 – Certified Beer Server Certification
