Our challenge

Synechron is looking to hire a Senior Writer and Content Specialist, someone who is passionate about storytelling and creating content. In this role, you will help drive marketing initiatives by weaving together compelling narratives that resonates with our wide-ranging audiences. You will also have the chance to collaborate with a diverse team across our global offices.

Additional Information* 

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY / Charlotte, NC is $80k - $95k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Writing and contributing to thought leadership articles, campaign copy, social posts, video & podcast scripts, advertising, editorial and website content

• Aligning all content with the corporate business strategy & tone of voice

• Working with sales and regional marketing leads to produce case studies and testimonials

• Developing, executing and reporting on content marketing campaigns

• Significant stakeholder management

Requirements:

You are:

• Highly organized with the ability to deliver and maintain content production, delivery and distribution plans, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• An exceptional writer with excellent proofreading and editing skills

• A self-motivated team player, committed to delivering results on time with minimal supervision

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience in finance and/or technology is desirable

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices

• Social media and tech savvy

• Experience working collaboratively across different time zones

• Ideally, a background in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field of study
