Sr. Software Engineer, PBM - Front End

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Rightway is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our newly formed PBM product team. In this role, you’ll lead efforts on our mobile and web applications using React and React Native. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building seamless, user-centric experiences and also brings a strong understanding of full stack development. Experience with Node.js and backend services is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design and develop features across mobile and web platforms
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Build scalable, reusable components and contribute to shared tooling and practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Mentor engineers and help foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
WHO YOU ARE:
- 7+ years of experience building production-grade software
- Deep experience with React and React Native
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end development
- Experience with Node.js and backend service development is a plus
- Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems collaboratively
- Passionate about quality, user experience, and team growth
EXTRA CREDIT:
- Experience working in healthcare or with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment
SALARY (Before Bonus Potential): $160,000 - $190,000
Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
