Visitor Center Experience Lead

This role is at Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, KY.  Campari Group is a major player in the global spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, spreading across Global, Regional and Local priorities. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Builder to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various channels. You will work closely with our management team to achieve its attendance and sales goals by leading informational tours, communicating the value of our products to guests through our cocktail experience, helping guests to make purchasing decisions based on their feedback, and representing the brand during events.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills. Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar role is strongly desired.

 

 

Brand Builder Responsibilities:

· Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

· Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.

· Building rapport with guests

· Representing the company during both internal and external events.

· Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.

· Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

 

 

Brand Builder Requirements:

· Prior experience in a customer service environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

· Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

· Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
