Position Title: Assembly Associate
Reports To: Assembly Supervisor

Summary:
Assemble the final product of manufactured products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must be able to assemble and install the required screws and cams on Mega Deck mats.
• Must be able to assemble all Mega Deck mats and bases.
• Must be able to visually check that the CNC cuts are correct on Mega Deck mats in preparation for welding.
• Maintain and keep work area clean.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to adapt to environmental changes and working conditions, such as temperature and noise.
• Must be dependable, punctual and have a good attendance record.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Self-motivated and require minimal supervision.
• Be a team player that works well with others.
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times and be quality driven.
