Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

<p>To further drive digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are strengthening our Product Team. We are therefore looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)</strong> to join us full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Ideally, you are <strong>based in the Berlin/Brandenburg area</strong> - but if not, you are still very welcome to apply.</p> <p><strong>Your role in a team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Keep improving your product to have a positive impact on the user experience when dealing with the complex topic of claims and related challenges.</li> <li>Work closely with our Operations Team to understand the current process and find possible ways to automate it even further.</li> <li>Take end-to-end responsibility for features which will include backend and frontend functionalities in collaboration with our design and engineering team.</li> <li>Define epics based on the input and break them down into smart user stories for implementation.</li> <li>Develop the product roadmap together with our product-engineering team and help them to achieve common goals.</li> <li>Make creative recommendations to expand our product base, vision, and internal processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need to be successful:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or in similar roles.</li> <li>You have solid experience in product lifecycle management and are familiar with agile frameworks.</li> <li>You have a structured way to communicate and the attitude to solve problems with impactful iterations.</li> <li>You have a solid understanding of developing concepts related to user journeys by listening carefully to your stakeholders and customers.</li> <li>Breaking down complex problems or processes into smaller deliverables is part of your nature.</li> <li>You are used to work in small iterations, to collect user feedback and to develop the solution further.</li> <li>You aim to make data-driven decisions and you know how you can get there.</li> <li>You are interested in AI technologies.</li> <li>You are fluent in English, German is a big plus.</li> <li>You are located in Germany, ideally in Berlin.</li> </ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>As an organizational talent you are able to prioritize tasks and complete them in a structured and conscientious manner.</li> <li>You got in touch with automation and AI already</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to solve problems.</li> <li>You have a passion to develop features and you spot untapped potential - always with a pragmatic approach to ship small iterations with an impact that is measurable.</li> <li>Resilience, proven ability to learn from setbacks and course-correct.</li> </ul> <h2 id="why-getolo">Why getolo?</h2> <p>🌴 <strong>Salary &amp; Vacation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attractive fixed salary</li> <li>Start with 28 vacation days, with an increase every two years (capped at 30 days).
