Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant

Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), where you’ll work alongside a Physical Therapist in administering patient treatments while educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. You will have the chance to work with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care. 

 

Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Administer and assist with a wide range of physical therapy treatments using a variety of methods
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and home programs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current state licensure (or eligible)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset

🕒 Clinic Hours:Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMFriday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

📍 Clinic Address:106 Hospital Dr Suite 2, Chatsworth, GA 30705

 

💲 Base Salary:$75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day

 

🎉 Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!(Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
