Job Description

►  Planning & Steering of global customer projects for the introduction of integrated Track & Trace solutions for Outbound Trade divisions, SAP S4-Projects DIF/CPT

►  Responsible for end-to-end stakeholder communication with global customer and rollout projects with the various departments (process management, LSP EDI Onboarding, LSP management, software engineering,...)

►  Definition and alignment of rollout roadmaps with corporate logistics departments and Bosch divisions respectively plants/warehouses

►  Steering and execution of preparation and qualification of plant/warehouse needs, trainings and rollout stabilization

►  Collection and follow-up of feedback and orchestrate with responsible process-, operations and IT teams

►  Contribution to agile software development projects by defining technical requirements based on customer needs

Qualifications

►  Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of transport logistics processes and preferably Bosch-specific challenges to effectively tailor the software solution to meet customer needs

►  Project Management: Skills in project planning, organization, and execution to ensure the software rollout stays on track and meets deadlines

►  Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and provide support throughout the implementation process

►  Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify potential challenges and proactively address them during the implementation process, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise

►  Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding customer needs and ensuring that the software solution meets or exceeds their expectations, including providing training and ongoing support as needed

►  Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, including developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure a successful software rollout

►  Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, timelines, and priorities throughout the implementation process, as well as the ability to learn new technologies and tools as needed

►  Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail when configuring and testing the software solution to ensure accuracy and reliability in a real-world environment

►  Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices to ensure the software solution meets established standards for performance, reliability, and security
