Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will manage efforts to anticipate, identify, respond to, and recover from short- and long-term disruptions to business processes and critical technology assets. In this role, you will communicate to teams and ensure their understanding of how the business and technology recognize existing and future risks, and capture strategies to mitigate impacts to Fannie Mae. In addition, you will ensure the integration of risk management disciplines, with a strategic focus on risk identification, documentation of recovery plans, and testing of documented recovery and/or mitigation strategies.

The ERCM - Resiliency - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Manage team monitoring and reporting to identify risks to business operations and guide the team to minimize disruption.
- Manage the maintenance and implementation of contingency plans to deal with unexpected emergencies.
- Manage processes and procedures that anticipate and react to change in ways that enable the organization to survive, thrive, and evolve.
- Manage team efforts to identify indicators that give management a view of current levels of resilience.

Minimum Required Experiences
- 6+ years of related experience
- 4+ years of experience coordinating resiliency capabilities in an enterprise setting.
- 4+ years of experience developing business contingency best practices and standardizing operating procedures.
- 2+ years of experience of full lifecycle of business resiliency management, ranging from strategic vision to deploying resiliency plan.
- Experience gathering pertinent information to articulate resiliencies and address critical vulnerabilities.
- Experience managing resources to support project segments and new initiatives.
- Experience managing a diverse group of stakeholders and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Change Management and implementing operating procedures and best practices.
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Project Management experience
- Experience working alongside technical teams, specifically in areas of cloud computing, software development, and cybersecurity.
Skills
- Ability to address critical business vulnerabilities and implement resiliency initiatives.
- Critical problem-solving abilities.
- ability to address organizational roadblocks that inhibit team productivity and take corrective actions.
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
