• In addition to your sound general IT expertise and digital skills, you have also gathered some experience from working with projects, ideally in a freight forwarding context; your English is excellent, you like traveling regularly, and your approach to work is well-structured and solution-oriented

Your Duties

• You strengthen our team, acting as the first point of contact for IT Service Desks of our Central and Eastern European branches
• You ensure that land transport applications work properly and provide the relevant second level support
• You implement, and provide the relevant training for, new or enhanced systems, independently carrying out software tests in IT projects, and preparing application documentation
