Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a highly skilled Senior ICT Security Manager to enhance ICT security capabilities by monitoring security logs, implementing security controls, and improving internal security processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cybersecurity, incident management, and network security, as well as experience working in high-security environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen ICT security in alignment with internal security frameworks.
• Monitor security logs (Splunk) from various sources to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
• Enhance internal processes for log management, including investigation, assignment, reporting, and resolution.
• Implement security controls and countermeasures based on policies, guidelines, and audit recommendations.
• Conduct IT security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
• Support compliance with IT security standards, best practices, and audit policies.

Requirements for the role 

• Strong understanding of network security (IPS, firewalls, DNS, and network protocols).
• Experience in IT security monitoring, log management, and incident response.
• Hands-on expertise in penetration testing, ethical hacking, and vulnerability scanning (e.g., Nessus, Metasploit, Splunk).
• Solid knowledge of cyber threat landscapes, security risks, and insider threat mitigation.
• Ability to create and enhance security processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., SANS, OSCP certifications preferred)
• Experience with Cisco security devices (e.g., ASA firewalls, ISE, Web Security Appliance).
• Scripting skills and experience working in a high-security environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
