Primary Position Objective:
Under limited supervision, REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across multiple business lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews; and works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions.
Essential Functions:
CONDUCTS independent quality assurance reviews of operations across multiple business lines, including calls, files, documentation, workflows, and system activity to ensure quality and customer experience expectations are met.
EVALUATES and SCORES adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, and established quality standards with limited oversight. PERFORMS targeted risk-based sampling of open and closed files to assess execution, consistency, and compliance.
ANALYZES quality review results, trends, and performance data to identify patterns, systemic issues, and areas of opportunity. IDENTIFIES gaps, errors, or inconsistencies that may pose compliance or operational risk.
RESEARCHES industry best practices, regulatory guidance, and quality standards relevant to operations. COMPARES external practices to internal processes and IDENTIFIES potential areas for alignment or improvement. DOCUMENTS/COMMUNICATES quality results, trends, and observations in a clear, professional manner.
DEVELOPS solution-oriented recommendations that address underlying drivers of quality or compliance gaps. PARTNERS with stakeholders to assess impact, feasibility, and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
ASSISTS in complex quality reviews and files examinations requested by state regulatory bodies. COLLABORATES with leadership, operations, product, training, and legal to GATHER, ANALYZE, and VALIDATE information for regulatory inquiries, examinations, or targeted reviews.
LEADS quality related projects of increased scope or complexity, including cross-business initiatives. PARTNERS with cross-functional stakeholders to co-develop workflows, automation requirements, and quality criteria that reflect operational needs and compliance standards.
DETERMINES areas of strengths and areas of concern based on call monitoring and quality reviews and PROVIDES feedback to management for training and coaching or behavioral opportunities.
MAINTAINS accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities, findings, and outcomes. INPUTS and MAINTAINS individual, section and departmental performance statistics in designated systems. GENERATES performance reports and trends as required.

- Must have the following experience:
7+ years of claims and/or insurance industry experience

Annual Salary
$73,800.00 - $141,450.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candida
