🌟 What You'll Be Doing

• Be the Face of PostNet: Greet every guest with a smile and help them navigate our range of services—printing, shipping, mailbox rentals, and more.
  
  
• Make it Happen: Process orders, handle cash/credit transactions, and confidently suggest helpful services that make our customers’ lives easier.
  
  
• Stay Sharp: Keep things running smoothly by organizing the workspace, restocking supplies, and managing shipping logistics with FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS.
  
  
• Learn & Lead: Train to offer fingerprinting services while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  
  
• Team Up: Collaborate with your coworkers, contribute ideas, and help us deliver top-notch service every day.
  
  

🧩 Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• You’ve worked in customer service or retail (preferred, but not required).
  
  
• You’re an excellent communicator and a multitasking ninja.
  
  
• You’re computer-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office & POS systems.
  
  
• You’re detail-obsessed, organized, and physically able to lift 35-40 lbs.
  
  
• You can pass a background check (for fingerprinting certification).
