Who We Are

Robert Half is seeking a Business Integration Analyst II to join the Business Integration team. Reporting to the Director FA Business Systems, the Business Integration team takes responsibility for organizational change and business transformation by developing and implementing strategies to minimize the organizational impact of change. The team develops a clear understanding of the Robert Half Staffing and/or Protiviti business processes that are impacted and assists staff at all levels of the organization to prepare for the change through the proper use of process, training and communications.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with subject matter experts from Field Accounting, Field Service Centers, Field Operations, IT, Field Offices and other Robert Half departments to obtain information and evaluate impact to understand all aspects of the change that needs to be managed.
  • Document the ""as is"" and ""to be"" environment to properly assess: changes needed to close gaps, refine/streamline processes, increase efficiency and quality, enhance systems, educate clients, and/or increase client satisfaction.
  • Translate customer needs into documentation that can be presented to all levels of management and business teams.
  • Facilitate discussions with internal or external customers, vendors or others involved cross-functionally, to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present results of evaluation/assessment of change impact to business sponsor(s).
  • Solicit input from internal and external clients and others on processes, procedures and technologies.
  • Develop materials throughout project to support communication, training and deployment efforts related to organizational, system and procedural changes that impact the organization.
  • Deliver end-user and management training sessions.
  • Identify gaps or obstacles and resolve or escalate within the team or the business for resolution, as necessary.
  • Provide support to end users, management and other impacted groups during stabilization/production support phases.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal and external client relationships.
  • Manage multiple small to mid-size projects as assigned.
  • Develop deliverables to support project execution, such as, scoping documents, communication plans, training plans, deployment plans, etc.
  • Develop and/or maintain work plans, status reports and other materials required to track and monitor the progress of assigned projects.
  • Communicate and consult with all parties directly involved or affected by assigned deliverables.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR, or Business.
  • PMP certification strongly desired.
  • 8+ years’ operational business experience with demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills is required.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading the planning, development and delivery of large scale process designs, training programs and communication plans is required.
  • Specific experience with ERP systems is required.
  • Multi-national desired.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be able to communicate/present information to employees on all levels and in small or large groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify solutions to problems, listen actively, exercise sound judgment to make decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, work independently and with others.
  • Investigate problems or gaps through research or probing, make recommendations and prepare proposals, multi-task, meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$40.38 - $59.62
