Director, Program Management

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and collaborative Director of Program Management to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional client programs in the development and GMP manufacturing of cell and gene therapies. This leader will be responsible for driving program success across multiple client engagements and ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
This role requires deep understanding of GMP operations, program and stakeholder management, and the ability to lead both internal teams and external clients with clarity, confidence, and accountability.
