Our brokerage business is transforming how Medicare Advantage is sold, and design is at the heart of that change. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join a growing digital organization that’s pushing boundaries with next-gen technology, mobile-first experiences, and new ways of working to make complex decisions simple and human.

You’ll craft intuitive, accessible interfaces that empower users, partnering closely with product and engineering to bring ideas to life. In a highly regulated environment, you’ll balance creativity with compliance, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and trustworthy.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior role, work in an agile, fast-moving setting, and shape the future of digital healthcare through design. If you’re passionate about mobile-first UX, honing your craft in Figma, and building products people love, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Design best-in-class mobile-first experiences that simplify how Medicare Advantage shoppers navigate their options

  • Translate insights into intuitive, accessible designs that meet user needs and business goals

  • Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma leveraging design systems, best-in industry patterns, and micro interactions that enhance usability

  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Design Researchers, and Content Designers to ensure cohesive, user-centered experiences

  • Make evidence-based design decisions using insights from research and data analytics

  • Apply and uphold mobile design standards, patterns, and principles for consistency and quality across the ecosystem

  • Balance ideal UX with technical feasibility and regulatory requirements, knowing when to push and when to pivot

  • Lead early concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to bring ideas to life and guide development

  • Contribute to and evolve our design system with scalable, mobile-first components
