Role Overview

The purpose of a Tele Adviser is to achieve targets in terms of sales and customer experience, by handling all tele-advice sales leads directed to them from various sources, including website, call centre and referrals from other sales advisers. This is done in adherence to the Irish Life compliance standards.

What you will help us to achieve

Identify financial services needs with existing and potential clients through the business sales process and product suite.

Provide professional best advice and consultation with respect to financial needs.

Provide on-going service and advice to existing clients where appropriate.

Work to agreed targets and standards.

Keep up to date with changes in the commercial environment.

 

Any other duties as assigned by your manager.
