Essential skills include technical knowledge of contaminants and nutritional aspects, analytical abilities for risk assessment, and regulatory insight, for combining China, EU and CODEX Alimentarius standards. The ideal candidate will effectively lead and motivate teams, manage stakeholders, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
