What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and competency development for the Customer Engineering Services teams
• Furthermore, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, including technical solution development, budgeting, planning, engineering coordination, commissioning, and customer handover
• Also, you will drive maintenance strategies, asset reliability, performance monitoring, major repairs, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• In addition, you will ensure compliance with ISCIR requirements, manage RSVTI/RSL/RTS activities, coordinate inspections, and maintain all required technical documentation
• Finally, you will control maintenance and project expenditures, optimize costs, support CAPEX investment decisions, and contribute to profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth

What makes you great

• You will hold a degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Furthermore, you will bring proven experience in industrial operations and engineering environments
• Also, you will demonstrate a successful track record of managing and executing industrial projects from concept through to completion
• In addition, you will possess strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset lifecycle management
• Finally, you will have experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and CAPEX investments, and working in customer-facing environments, along with fluency in English
