The Administrative Assistant - TDS provides highly skilled administrative support. Performs complex and technical activities. Works with individuals at all levels of the company, as well as external organizations and Customers. Handles confidential materials. Facilitates management details and serves as an intermediary to relieve executive/manager of administrative responsibilities and details.

Provides top level clerical or specialized administrative support to 2 Managing Directors and certain members of their team

The Administrative Assistant - TDS provides highly skilled administrative support. Performs complex and technical activities. Works with individuals at all levels of the company, as well as external organizations and Customers. Handles confidential materials. Facilitates management details and serves as an intermediary to relieve executive/manager of administrative responsibilities and details.

Depth & Scope:

  • Provides top level clerical or specialized administrative support to 2 Managing Directors and certain members of their team
  • Performs and coordinates routine and non-routine administrative tasks that cover a wide range of complexity, including but not limited too; calendar management, organizing travel, and travel and expense reimbursement assistance
  • Proactively exercises discretion and has autonomy to make decision within generally defined parameters agreed with the Managing Directors
  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information, producing reports and presentations (PowerPoint) to be used by manager or department professionals
  • May conduct record keeping that requires a general knowledge of accounting and budgeting procedures
  • May assist the Managing Directors with monitoring the ongoing performance of their budgets, reviewing variances with manager
  • Coordinates, executes and completes a variety of special projects and administrative assignments through planning, development, organization, analysis and implementation.
  • Provides administrative project support, using various software packages to produce high quality reports, presentations, and/or other documents (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio)

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years related experience required
  • Ability to provide consistent support prioritizing tasks based on departmental priorities
  • Strong administrative skills, including software applications
  • Strong English grammar and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing high quality Customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate standard and specialized office equipment
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
