About The Role

We are hiring a Policy Project Writer / Facilitator (full-time summer).  Work with leadership, management, and staff to transform current policies and templates to best in class governance.  The role requires some research, some project management, some facilitation, and a lot of writing / editing.  Perfect role for Associate Professor, Grad or Post-Grad that is looking to fill the hours between now and the start of school with meaningful work.

Responsibilities:

• Research federal and state regulatory requirements relevant to fintech and banking
• Review, edit existing policies and use templates to create new policies across the organization
• Review and edit existing policies for clarity, compliance, and completeness

What We're Looking For:

• Strong academic or research background (graduate degree preferred) in field that require critical thinking and writing
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

We’re looking for someone local who can come into office 5 days a week at our Palo Alto, CA HQ. The pay for this full-time temporary consultant position is $25/hr, 40 hours a week.
