What You’ll Do:
The Financial Reporting Manager oversees the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role enhances reporting processes and provides key insights to support decision-making. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to build reports and management presentations and work cross-functionally with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly financial and operational flux analysis, analyze financial trends and variances to provide actionable insights
- Oversee the preparation of Internal financial statements, management reports, and key financial metrics
- Develop financial dashboards and presentations for business reviews
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance to senior management
- Prepare quarterly management packages such as Audit Committee Deck, Disclosure committee deck
- Implement automation tools and reporting enhancements, collaborate with IT and system teams to optimize reporting systems
- Support FP&A budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights
- Act as a liaison between finance, accounting, external reporting, and other business units
- Provide financial guidance to support decision-making across departments
- Own the Chart of accounts, Cost Centers, and ERP system structure attributes to ensure financial reporting accuracy
- Build management and operational reporting to ensure all reporting aligns with regulatory and tax requirements

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with financial reporting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle etc.
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $150,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
