Shipyard Master Scheduler (Security Clearance required)

Go into the office 2 days a week.

Duties

• Experience with using scheduling software, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online.
• Ability to critically assess schedules and project controls data and communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to stakeholders, including project leadership and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, data gathering and analysis, decision making, and problem solving.
• Ability to create and present executive-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risks, opportunities, and status to communicate effectively to key stakeholders.
• Experience with supporting programs and contracts within the federal government.
• Experience with creating, managing, and integrating DoD schedules.

Requirements

• Must have Shipyard scheduling experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Secret Clearance is required.
• GovCon experience is required.
• Proficient with MS Project and Milestone Pro.
• Experience with Navy PMS projects is a huge plus.
