About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to be part of the continued success of Benefits Product. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team to craft the personal experience of millions of our daily users across the globe. As a Software Development Engineer, you will work with other developers, software architects, and product owners to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service); UML is a plus

• 5 + years of OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etc...(knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)

Other Qualifications

• Experience designing/developing business applications

• Must have experience developing REST API

• Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus

• Prior experience writing automation code unit/ system test

• Strong working knowledge of design and analysis of software for performance

• You feel the key to good object oriented development is strong design patterns

• You believe applications should be usable and configurable

• Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus

• Experience with Front End Technologies(React & Angular) and building Artificial Intelligence application is a plus

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
