Competition for hotel guests is more intense than ever. Amadeus’ Central Guest Intelligence (CGI) is more than just a guest & organization profiling tool, it offers comprehensive capabilities to recognize returning guests and provide personalization / loyalty through the integration with reservation and property management systems. 

CGI is a team composed of developers and technical business analysts responsible for analyzing CGI needs and design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions.

Key Accountabilities

1. Software Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize your deep technical expertise to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making, fostering innovation and product excellence.

2. Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories, translating them into technical requirements and tasks.
• Contribute to the development of coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to maintain code quality and consistency.

3. Continuous Improvement:

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating processes and suggesting enhancements for increased efficiency, quality, and team morale.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software development, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of goals, priorities, and progress.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to align technical solutions with roadmaps and business strategies.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts into understandable terms.

VS Code, N1QL, Docker, Kubernetes,  Podman, JIRA, Agile, Confluence, Cloud Deployment Principals (AZURE), ReadyAPI, swagger
