Analytics Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Database Developer with strong experience in designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL-based data systems. The ideal candidate will build high-quality database objects, develop efficient data pipelines, and support application teams by exposing reliable, well-structured data services. This role requires deep SQL expertise, performance tuning skills, and experience working with modern API-driven architectures and cloud-hosted database environments

• Design and develop stored procedures, functions, views, and other database objects to support application and reporting workloads.
• Build and maintain relational database schemas, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Develop automated processes for importing, cleansing, and transforming external datasets.
• Optimize SQL queries and execution plans by tuning joins, subqueries, and indexing strategies.
• Create and maintain data-centric APIs (REST or GraphQL) that provide structured data access to application teams.
• Develop reporting solutions to support business stakeholders.
• Support on-prem to cloud database migrations and contribute to cloud database management efforts.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and data reliability.
• Maintain documentation for database structures, data flows, and operational processes.

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Advanced skills in writing stored procedures, functions, and optimized SQL queries.
• Experience designing and maintaining relational database schemas and indexes.
• Hands-on experience with data import/export pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Ability to tune query performance and analyze execution plans.
• Familiarity with API integration (REST or GraphQL).
• Experience with reporting tools or frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud-based databases (Azure SQL or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control.
