Position Purpose
Reporting to the Sr GL Production Planning & Change. This highly demanding role requires you to be assertive and have a high degree of self-motivation, problem solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will work collaboratively in this high visibility role with Sales, Operations, Materials, and Service stakeholders. This role will directly support the creation and fluidity of the plant build schedule, in addition to providing valuable input to the SIOP.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
• Ensure launch is controlled accurately inline with key component availability.
• Actively contribute to the development and support of material planning processes and benchmark against best practices and review ways to make continuous improvements
• Reduce and maintain POF misses
• Ensure appropriate processes and systems are implemented to effectively manage routine
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production control environment
• Possess strong Excel and data management skills and have a sound knowledge of SAP
• 2 years of forecasting experience
Preferred Qualifications
• 4-year degree preferred in supply chain management, or other related degree
• 2 years’ experience supporting international logistics
• 1-2 years’ experience supervising floor activities

• Comfortable in an in-person office environment
• Technical competence is a plus
• Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
• Must have excellent follow-through skills
• Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
• Must be open to domestic and international travel
• Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project
Job Conditions
• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
• Subject to noise and temperature changes.
