The Team
The Director, Executive Planning – Operations supports the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) by driving the development and management of global operations programs. The incumbent acts as a trusted advisor, working closely with the COO to identify and prioritize key operations initiatives and oversee the execution of critical projects. The incumbent acts as a key enabler of the COO's vision and priorities, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams, regions, and functions.
This role plays a pivotal role in leading the global transformation and operational globalization across the company’s four regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational strategies, transformation leadership, and cross-functional coordination in a multinational environment. They will be responsible for driving organizational change initiatives across all Global Operations business units. This role will ensure that strategic transformations, process improvements, and technology implementations are effectively adopted by employees and stakeholders, ultimately increasing operational efficiencies, business agility, and value creation.

- Work closely with the COO to define and implement strategic initiatives, track progress, and ensure objectives are met.
- Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the COO's office, ensuring timely execution of critical deliverables and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate the development, alignment, and tracking of organizational and team goals aligned with strategic priorities. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for the COO, other executives leaders, and Board of Directors.
- Manage executive meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action, and following up to ensure productive outcomes. Represent the COO in select meetings.
- Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions to address issues and streamline operations.
- Lead cross-functional and global projects on behalf of the COO, ensuring accountability, clear milestones, and effective outcomes.
- Drive the transformation of global operations, ensuring standardization, efficiencies, and scalability across the company’s four regions and 20+ countries.
- Define key change metrics and track adoptions, engagements, and impacts to ensure initiatives deliver expected business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders, functional heads, and business unit leaders to drive buy-in and advocacy for change initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional leaders, fostering alignment and collaboration across the organization.
- Design and execute communication strategies that ensure transparency, clarity, and alignment across the global organization.
- Work closely with the Human Resources department and leadership teams to ensure change management efforts align with workforce development and cultural transformation objectives.
- Align change initiatives with existing business processes, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruptions to operations.
- Identify and address risks, resistance points, and roadblocks that could hinder successful transformations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from employees, leaders, and other stakeholders to refine change strategies.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative reviews of workstream initiatives and milestones, make recommendations based on key findings, and implement resulting strategies.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related industry field.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of strategy, operations, transformation leadership, organizational development, or executive advisory experience, preferably within the telecommunications, infrastructure, or tower REIT sectors required.
- Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into organizational plans required.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- International experience with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organizations and work across diverse cultural environments.
- Multiple languages preferred, including fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French.
