Role Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Director of SAP Program and Project Management to lead a complex SAP Supply Chain initiative portfolio. This role is accountable for strategic planning, governance, and the successful delivery of SAP programs across domains, including supply chain, logistics, and global trade. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep SAP delivery expertise, and an ability to drive large-scale transformation aligned with ArchLynk’s global business strategy.

What will your day look like?

• Lead and oversee the execution of enterprise-level SAP Supply Chain programs across global regions.
• Direct a team of project managers and cross-functional leads; mentor and build a high-performing project management team.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and escalation paths across projects and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, delivery heads, and functional SMEs to drive outcomes.
• Track and report on portfolio health, KPIs, financials, resource utilization, and program milestones.
• Champion SAP best practices, governance standards, and agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ensure readiness for cutover, change adoption, hypercare, and long-term sustainability.

 Skills and attributes for success:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP project/program management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations and transformations.
• Expertise in change management, business transformation, and stakeholder alignment across geographies.
• Strong command of delivery governance frameworks, budgeting, and PMO best practices.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Additional Considerations:

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in global delivery models and working with offshore/nearshore teams.
• Experience leading SAP programs in supply chain, logistics, or global trade industries.
• Background in professional services or consulting environments is a plus
