Job title: Academic Initiatives Coordinator
Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, has an opening for a temporary Academic Initiatives Coordinator in its Academic Sales department.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Academic Sales team with outbounding efforts to generate leads
- Being the first point of contact on mailings and following up as needed
- Executing projects determined through weekly marketing meetings
- Assisting with new business initiatives and support
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with professionals in an academic setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic and the ability to network
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience within academia and/or direct sales is preferred
Location: Fully remote and seeking candidates from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru
Job type: Part time (20 hours per week)/Independent Contractor
Reporting to: Academic Sales Manager
