Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Business Process Manager to lead a team focused on establishing best practices, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and process excellence across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across operations, ensuring we are equipped to support growth and deliver exceptional performance.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

***This is in office 4 days a week and remote 1 day***

  • Responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team, including recruitment, development, performance management, and team engagement.
  • Will drive the centralization and standardization of process efforts across multiple business units, creating clear standards, visibility, and governance to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of operational workflows, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM; certification is a plus.
  • Skilled in defining and managing KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and team impact.
  • Serves as a proactive change agent, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills; capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, and Adonis platforms.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall) and experience applying them in operational environments.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $127,775.58 - $191,663.37

This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $121,967.60 - $191,663.37
